The Project Logistic Expert (m/f/d) supports the seamless project execution by coordinating and optimization of material flow, logistic operations, ensuring timely, cost-efficient, and compliant delivery of goods. The position acts as a key interface between suppliers, transport providers, internal teams, and external partners to enable seamless material flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor shipping schedules, transportation costs, import duties and delivery performance
• Manage relationships with suppliers, carriers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain service quality
• Collaborate with Project Management, Site Management, Global Supply Chain, external Packagers and Customs Teams to ensure smooth material flow
• Resolve issues related to transportation, inventory and/or delivery delays
• Maintain compliance with transportation regulations, safety standards and company procedures
• Analyse logistics data and prepare reports on shipping performance, costs and service levels
• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives within shipping operations

Your Profile:

• Commercial education, bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration or qualified logistics specialist
• Several years of experience in shipping, logistics, transportation and customs
• Familiarity with customs regulations, freight management, and carrier coordination
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in ERP systems, shipping software, and Microsoft-Office applications
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Strong customer mindset
